. e : CHARGES BY AN EX-M.P. By Telegraph—Press Association—OoDTrtgns London,.May 20. The authorities of Eastern Bengal have confiscated a pamphlet published by Mr. F. C. Alackarness, ex-M.P. for Newhury, Berkshire, in which accusations were made against a section of the Indian police. The charges include corruption and torturing Mr. Mackarness states that his accusations are based on the 1903 report of Lord Curzon, then Viceroy of India.
