Two youths wore expelled from Government schools in Cairo in connection with a secret society, which favours obtaining a Constitution by all means, including violence. They entrained for Alexandra en route for Europe, and many Nationalists farowelled them. Sir lildon Gorst (British Agent and ,Consul-General in Egypt) started by the saniotraui. The Nationalists shouted, "Down with the occupation! Down with de;spotism 1 ' Long live an Independent Egypt!" TEN YEARS FOR SEDITION. THE FOURTH EDITOR. Caloutta, May 26. Lodd Haram, editor of the "Swarajya" newspaper at Allahabad, .was sentenced to transportation for ten years. This is tho fourth editor of the "Swarajya" who has been convicted of sedition. The newspaper has stopped publication.
