The barometer commenced to rise in the south on Sunday- morning, and southerly winds prevailed by the evening, and rain fell in moat pnrls of the country, but especially in the southernmost districts, where the weather has continued to be unsettled. Present indications are for moderate to strong westerly wiuds generally, with cool and changeable weather. The barometer will probably rise slowly in the north, and fall in the southern districts. D.
