Sir, —All settlers in this Dominion will be glad to learn that the Government liavo at last decided ta take some definite action in respect to this matter, which lias been known so many years as a public scandal. Tho inquiry should bo public, and the order of roforence should be such as will ensure full and free inquiry.—l am, etc. A LOVER OF JUSTICE.
