Y.M.C.A., BOYS DEPARTMENT
At the weekly meeting of intermediate members of tlie r.M.C.A. Bovs' Department, held on Wednesday night, there was a good attendance. Mr H. N. Holmes.(General Secretary of tIK: association) occupied the chair, and mentioned tho cause of Mr. Elgin s absence through a general breakdown in. health, feelings of sympathy wero expressed with Mr. Eglin, and ivishos for his speedy recover}-. Mr. Baddon Kave an appropriate address, and members accorded him an attentive hearing. Last evening tho Junion Section members were present as usual (although the majority of these aro cadets from the various schools, and had had a, I,U3V field day and parade) in good muster, Mr. H. N. Holmes introduced the spcakor (Mr. M'Donald), who gave an address on "Broken Eartheuwaro" Bible class groups aro being held on Saturday morni:igs at 11 o'clock, Sunday mornings at 10 o'clock, and Monday and IHiesday. evenings at 7.10 p.m.
