(Rcc. May 18, 10.40 p.m.) London, May 18. A second man named Miscani, convicted of . blackmailing the. teno; Caruso, has been sentenced to seven years' imprisonment and deportation.

Adelaide, May 18. The Full Court, dealing'with a case in which a cheque in payment of ?. company dividend had been stolon while passing through the post and ]md been cashed, held that the forwarding of a dividend through the post was not a payment within the meaning of the Act.
