ARBITRATORS' AWARD.

The arbitrators have made their award in rejard to the claims of Rand awinfct M'Guire and Jl'Guirc against Rand. It will be remembered that a number of questions were referred by the arbitrators to the Supremo Court for decision. Mr. Justice Williams answered they questions, and tho arbitrators, Messrs. Mestayer, Bennett,, and Jones, proceeded with the bearing. They awarded toRand .£12!>l) and disallowed the counterclaims. Mr. . M'Gnire will, therefore, have to pay the above sum and cos-ts. The case arose out of the contract for the erection of. the Coinmeroial Hotel. Messrs. His'.op and L»vi appeared for Rand, ami Messrs. Skerrett and Ostler for M'Guirc.
