SUMMARY AND POKEOAST. Oloomy and wet weather Ims prevailed, especially in tlio north. Strong soiiUicrly winds liavo been experienced in the far north, and on the West. Const; but moderate westerlies havo prevailed elsewhere. The barometer has fallen everywhere. Present indications ar for strong southerly winds generally, with rain and stormy weathor. Tlio barometer will probably rive everywhere soon, but only temporarily in the south, for a westerly storm area is duo to follow in two days, with low pressure in tho south. D. 0. DATES.
