One, on being "asked where he met cofnplninnnr, said: "Unfortunately, in Wellington Gaol." "Were you on Tjusiness, or an inmato," queried the judge. "An inmate," lyns the i response. ■The judge said that the case had brought together a .nicei collection; of rogues, and directed the jury to find a verdict of not guilty.
