(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Palmerston, May 9. Lord Plunket lias not been so well tffo-day, and ho is afraid that lie will bo unable to return to Wellington on Wednesday as lie intended.

Tho estate of the Into T. R. Cassh, of Marton, is being subdivided into four farms, .ranging in' sizo from 200 to 300 acres, and will ,bo offered at auction by Messrs. Abraham and Williams,, Ltd., and Dalgety and Co., Ltd., at Marton on Saturday, July IG. Plans and full particulars at a later date.

Additional entries are advertised by Messrs. Barraud, York, and Co. for their sale of horses, which takes place to-mor-row at Dyke's yards, Thorndon Quay, at 1.30 p.m.
