PALMERSTON CATHOLIC CHURCH.
NEW ONE PROPOSED. ' Palmerston, i May 8. Archbishop Redwood haß written to the Roman Catholic ; congregation here suggesting that they should take steps to either erect a' new church or enlarge the present one. He recommended the erection of a new church owing to tlio present building being quito inadequate for tho congregation. This recommendation was endorsed by the Rev.'Father Costello from the pulpit to-day, and a meeting is to be held with a view to carrying out this suggestion.
