Mr. H. J. Wobb has been appointed slipper for tho .Waterloo Cup meeting which is to bo' held at Palmcrston North next month. Mr. Webb has had considerable experience in ' this lino, and his slipping at tho meeting in Palmcrston last week gave general satisfaction.
