May 11, at 9.45 a.m. All the principal mails by tram and steamer close at To Aro and Oourtenay Place Post Offices at the same hours as at the Chief Post Office, with the exception that there is no late-fee clearance. Unless otherwise specified,, registered letters and parcels-post packages must b» handed in arid money-orders obtained one hour before tho ordinary mall closes. , All books and sample-packets and newspapers .for places within the Dominion must be posted half an hour before the ordinary letter-mail closes.
