A thousand Japanese workmen, working day and night, are finishing the JapaneseBritish Exhibition Buildings at the site of tho White City, London. The Prince of Wales will open the Exhibition on May 12. Forty Japanese wrestlers have arrived. The King is loaning the Nelson trophies, and the Queen is loaning work from the Sandringham Technical Schools. The British art collections aro remarkably coiiiplcte. '
