At the opening ceremony of the Belfast to Lydenburg railway, which has been built entirely by white labour, General Botha, Premier of the Transvaal, urged the people not to allow anyone to divide them into sections, but at the forthcoming elections to support purely South African ideals. Ho added that .the Transvaal Government had succeeded in establishing mutual co-operation between Briton and Boer. -
