PRESERVED 'GINGER PUDDING. ■Two ounce preserved ginger, Jib.' breadcrumbs, Jib. flour,: 1 teaspoonful soda, 2 teaspoonfuls ground ginger, Jib. suet, 3 tablespoonfuls golden syrup, li teaspoonfnls ground cinnamon. Mix dry ingredi-ents,-cutting up-ginger, and-mincing the suet. .Warm the golden. syrup and mix thoroughly. ■ Steam' 2 hours in a wellbuttered basin. 1 "'"■"
