Mr. Orton Stevens was in th« chair, and about thirty, members wera present. • The report stated that.during the past, year 74 new members joined-the guild, -. which is in'a flourishing condition financially. A further sum ■ of-,£520 has been—; added to the reserve fund. The report and balance-sheet were adopted! - The election of officers resulted as.fol-". lows:—President,' Mr'. Orton' Stevens;"' vice-president, Captain J. A. Haywaird; ' secretary and treasurer,' Captain D. J. ■ Watson; trustees, Messrs. S. A. 'Atkinson and R. Dixon; auditors, Messrs.;-. 0. S. Watkins, and J. B. Hull;' committee' of management, 40 members of the guild. '"At tho conclusion of the meeting the trustees, Messrs.
