HOCKEY.
WEDNESDAY ASSOCIATION. ' A meeting of the Wednesday Hockey I Association was held at Mr. H. .7. Hunter's rooms last evening. Mr. G. Haase occupied the chair, aud the following members' wero present :—Messrs. F. Kuch, M. Spiers, P. M'Keener. and H. J. Hunter, hon. secretary and treasurer. A motion by the Hni Mai Club to tho effect that a capitation fee 'of Is. for each member registered in the association be levied was carried. The secretary was instructed to write to the Manawatri and Wairarapa Hockey Associations with reference to arranging representative matches. The following fixtures were drawn:— First round—April 27: Pakeha v. Pctono, at the Basin Reserve: Karori v. Hni Mai B, at Kavori; Hni Mai A a bye. May i.— Pakeha v. Hni Mai A; Petone v. Karori; Hui Mai B, a bye. May'll.—Karori v. Hni Mai A; Petone v. Hui Mai B; Pakeha, bye. May-18—Pakeha v. Hui Mai B; Petone v. Hui Mai A; Karori, bye. May 25— Hui Mai A v. Hui Mai B; Karori v. Pakeha; Petone, bye. LADIES' ASSOCIATION. The following are the ladies' hockey fixtures and grounds for next Saturday :— ■ Senior.—St; John's v. Victoria College B, at Day's Bay, No. 2; Victoria College A v. Hinom'oa, at' Day's Bay, No. 1; Petone v. Wellington, at Petone (1.10 p.m. train); Gregg's a bye. Juniors:—Gregg's v. Celtic A, at Day's Bay, No. .3; Hereawa v. Hinerooa, at Miramar (Wellington ground); Celtic B v. College Old Girls, at Day's Bay, No. i. Ramblers v. Girte' . College, at Duppa Street; St. John's t. Tui, at Kelburne; Haeremai v, St. Mark's, at Day's Bay, No. 5. . . .
