DWELLING DESTROYED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) ' ; Carterton, April 21. A fire at Carterton this morning destroyed a house occupied by Mrs. MacmiUaii. The outbreak was caused by a defective chimney. The house, which was owned by the estate of. the late It. Hooker, was insured for £50 in the Guardian Office, and the furniture for £75 in the Commercial Union. It is a total loss. .■ .
