HarrisonBroadley (Unionißt member for Howdonshire, Yorkshire), the Secretary for War, Mr. Haldane, Baid that though there was no shortage of horses for peace requirements, the Government were considering a scheme to establish Government-owned horse ranches in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. The expense and other difficulties had hitherto, however, prevented a definite conclusion in the matter. ■■-..-■
