Germany has offered to sell the armoured cruiser Bluecher to Turkey for JE2,000,000, though hex cost : wai ,£1,372,000. ' The Turkish Admiralty prefer to persist in their intention of ordering a new armoured cruiser, of moderate emplacement, in Britain. [The Blnecher, an armoured cruiser, was placed in commission in the German Navy, last year.
