RAUMAI.

This fine property, which is situated within four miles of Bulls and eight from Greatford Railway Station, is to be offered by public auction on account of Messrs. Keiller Bros., on Hay 14, owing to a dissolution of partnership boinir necessitated by the death of one of the brothers. It comprises some 6500 acres of land of various qualities, from rich drained swamp to light sandy country. Under arrangements with . tho Dairv Union, a croninory will bo established on the section sot apart for it under a guarantee of 400 cows, or a cheesn factory under a guarantee of 300 cows. Tho property is being roaded throughout, and every seotion will ihiivc a frontage to a metalled road. The, terms offered aro most advantageous, being .10 per cent, cash, 5 per cent, on delivery, a further 10 per cent, is' payable in twelve months, but can be avoided by completion in that time of substantial' improvements.
