The last. round of the Auckland Cricket Association's district championship matches (senior grade) was commenced yesterday in fine weather. There is some interest in the result of the round, for while Parnell is only two points ahead of North Shore, the latter has an, easy match.' The result of yesterday's play was:— North Shore v. Ponsonby.—North Shore, first innings 133, Ralfe 27; Prime 21,,Kallender 21. Snedden took four: wickets for .47. Ponsonby scored 75 for six.wickets, Snedden 24 not out. Howden took five wickets for 31.' Grafton, v. University.—Grafton, first innings. 216 for nine, wickets, Mason 73, E. Horspool 42, H. D. Hill 53. Fenwick took five wickets for 38. Parnell v.
