WELLINGTON OPUP.A HOUSE. ■ In their report for the year ended March 31 last, tho directors of the Wellington Opera Bouse Company, Ltd., recommend a dividend of 5 per cent., making, with the 7 per cent, paid on September 30, 12 per cent, for the year, and the usual bonus and £105 to the directors. They also recommend that the sum of £245 9s. 3d. be paid in reduction of the Cuba Street Extension mortgage, which will then stand at £940 4s. lid. The directors add:—"lt ig with extreme regret that the board have to announce the death of Mr. Edward Scager. He was a member of the board for many years. The directors recommend that the vacancy be not "lied up, as the board is fully constituted according to the requirements of the rules of the company. The board thought it advisable in December last to increase the insurance on the Opera House from £6UOO to £6000."
• DOMINION EXPOBTS.
