ST. JOHN AMBULANCE DISTRICT NURSING GUILD.
The monthly meeting of the St. John Ambulance District Nursing Guild Committee 'held yesterday afternoon, was ' attended, by Hesdames S. A; Rhodes, who presided, W. H. C. Moorhouse,, W. B. Tripe, A. A. Corrigan, J. P.' Luke, H. W. Preston and W..8. Fisher, hon. secretary. The report setting forth the operations for, March showed that Nurses Sexton and Macandrew had paid 783 visits to {he sick poor since last meeting,'fourteen additional patients had been registered, and eight discharged. Four patients were gent tothe general hospital.' Sis patients ■were attended to at tho office daily, and two twice daily. Gifts of food, clothing, fltc, have been received, from Mesdames Moorhouse, Sutro, Dunlop, Watson, H. M'Lean, T. G. MacCartly.Bicknell, Vare, lee, Crawford, Frowns, Higgie, Cooper, Williams,. Thomson, M'Jtorran, Preston, "A Friend/' Gear Coy., and Andrews and Wyett. .
