One pound mashed potatoes, three or lour kidneys, one ounce, butter,- a little jrown sauce, two mushrooms, one , teaBpoonful 6f chopped parsley,'pepper and Bait, yolk of egg. Mix the potatoes with some pepper, salt, and' add we yolk of an egg to bind it. Line some : little tins with it.: Chop the kidneys, mushrooms; and: a little parsley very finely, and fry fo: a-few minutes in buf*r and some seasoning, and fill.the centre of the potato with the mixture. Put. a potato cover over, and bake ten minutes. Turn out and pour brown or tomato sauce Wand. ;".• ■-,-■-•.. : .. . • •
