Mossrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report on their Levin sale, held yesterday :—"Wo had a full yarding of sheep, consisting ohiofly of wethers and ewes, which met a ready sale at auction. A keen demand still exists for good sound, breeding owes, and the lines offering wore well competed for. Wethers also were in Rood demand. We made a good clearance at the following rate:—Fat and forward wethers, Ms.; forward wethers, 13a. 7d.; store wethers, 12s. 4d. to 135.; mixed aged breeding ewes, Uβ. 9d. to 12s. f full-mouthed Eomuey breeding ewes,,i4s.; aged ewes, 6s.
