The prospectus has been issued of a New Zealand loan of £] ,850,000, convertible debentures with a. currency of fire years, in 3i per cents, at £98 10a. The debentures arc convertible at the holders' option into Si per cont. inscribed stock at tho rate of 102 stock for every hundred at any timo prior to April,; 1914.
