FLOW OF POPULATION. A COMPARATIVE RETURN. According to the return of immigration to and emigration from New Zealand during February, the arrivals in the Dominion totalled 2G89 (including 1551 male adults and BSO female adults), as against 4141 (including 2339 niaio adults and 130G female adults) during February of last year. The departures from the Dominion during the month ' totalled 2843 (including 15S0 male adults and 103G female adults), compared with 2857 , (including 1635 male adults and 989 female adults) during the corresponding period of 1909.
