On account of the unfavourable weather on Monday tbo annual picnic of St. Mark's Sunday School'wis licld in tho school room and a very enjoyable time'was. spent by tbo. juveniles. Messrs. A. King and TV. • Dounard' won tbo Easter pairs tournament of the ■local Bowline! CJnb, Messrs. J. M, Lightfoot and P. Rowlings being noxt ill order. Although tbo overhead conditions wcr©' cloudy, tho weather fortunately kept, lino for tho performances given on the showgrounds on Tuesday afternoon by the Bosses .o'.th' Bam Band. Considering that tbo visit occurred, so. soon after tho holidays tho attendance was very satisfactory.
