Williams and Kettle will hold a clearing sale at Tekokmo on April 8 of the stock and sawmilling plant of the Manson firm there. The goodwill and lease, of 100 acres of leasehold land, with eight-roomed house and 25-stall stable, grain-shed, etc., will be offered, also 4$ acres of freehold land and seven-roomed house. Some well-bred horses and stock will also be sold, a3 well as two complete sawmill plants. Coaches meet the trains at Waipaua. Fun details of the auctioneers offering will be found in this issue.
