The Swifts Amateur Swimming Club decided a WO yards handicap at the Te Aro Baths yesterday evening, 'l'ho result of the race was;—'W. Wilton, 75sec., 1; B. C. Freyberg,. scr., 2; W. G. Morpeth, 85yds., 11. Also started-: .C.. Aston, HOsec.j F. jJelancy, lOOsec.; C. G. Aston, 95seo.j H. M. Mullms, 90sec.;-H.. Jenkinson, GOsce.; and B. G. Jenlcinson, 45sec. Time, 7tnin. 22 l-sseo. Wilton won by about five yards. ; The 100 yards - championship of the Y.M.C.A. Club was also ■ decided at'.the Te Aro Baths last The result was: J. Mawby, 1; It; Baker, 2; \V; Chartres, 3. ' The only staffers.. Time, 08 Msec. Mawby won by aKoft'i '6 f<ict.
