That depends? on a . variety of. circumstances— the quantity that has already been sold, the. proportions of first and second grade, and so on. .An approximate idea can bs obtained, however, by talcing the Corinthics cargo and working out the values at '130s. per cwt. The charges between New Zealand and London run, roughly, at about 9s. Gd.- or 10s. a cwt. Taking 10s. as the figure, and deducting it, it will bo seen that'.the 23,2G2cwt. or butter the Corinthic is- carrying, would be worth I .£139,572 to our' producers on this basis.
