SHOCKING DOMESTIC TRAGEDY. By Telegraph—Prims Association— Oopyrlsht Melbourne, March 5. A terrible domestic tragedy occurred at. Newmarket,. two and a half miles from Melbourne. A saddler named Kennedy was separated from his'wife, who had initiated proceedings to recover arrears of maintenance. Kennedy visited the woman, and , the pair quarrelled. After battering her head with a spade, the man shot her dead, and then turned the weapon on' himself with fatal result.
