Taylor and Hodges of Jlasterton (IS--071) for the erection of the buildings for tho freezing works at \Vainga.wa. Eight tenders were received, six of which were within a narrow margin of the enginecr'6 estimate. 'The contract is to 1» completed by November -30 next. Tonders will also bo called at an early date for plant and machinery, amounting to about <£10,000. Tho directors are also contemplating tho erection of other buildings at a later date, those involving the expenditure of a fairly largo sum.
