DOMINION SCOUTS' FRACAS.
NATUKE OF THE FINDING. The report of the Court of Inquirj which was appointed to investigate tho circumstances surrounding the fracas at the training camp of' the Dominion Scouts at : the Hutt Park recently has been forwarded to'his Excellency. It is understood that tho result of , the affair will be that one of the officers concerned will be dismissed the service, and tha other reprimanded. .
