ARMY ESTIMATES.
TERRITORIAL RECRUITING VERY , SUCCESSFUL. TWO MILITARY AIRSHIPS. By Telegraph—Press Association—OoDyricht (Rec. March 4, 9.55 p.m.) London, March 4. ■ The Army Estimates for the year 191011 are .-627,760,000, an increase of ,£325,000 over the Estimates (<£27,435,000) of 1909-10. The Secretary for War, Mr. Haldane, explains that t'ho increase is due to the striking success of the County Associations' efi'orts to fill, tho ranks of. tho Territorial units. . The total regular establishment shows an increase of one thousand men. The recruits offering exceed the number voted. Two large dirigible balloons will shortly be available.
