The Milan correspondent of tho "Daily Chronicle" says that King Victor Emmanuel's International Institute of Agriculture is in. danger of collapso owing to internal feuds. Moreover, tho high salaries paid compel information as to ruling prices being acquired by post, to avoid telegraphic expense.
