——« BISLEY RESTRICTION ON ARMS. By Teleeraph.—Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, March 3. Speaking .in. the Dominion House of Commons, the. Prime Minister, Sir Wilfrid Laurier, expressed himself impressed by Mr. Hughes's. argument against sending. a team to Bisley unless the new rule was withdrawn which declares that no service arm other than Britain's can be used, unless it is in tho hands of the British Riilo Association three months in advance. Ml'. Hughes suggested that private companies had instigated the rule to discredit the Ross (Canadian.) riflo. AUSTRALIAN TEAM. Melbourne, March 4. Victoria will be represented in the Bisley team by Reseigh, Williams, and Armstrong. The team will leave on Maj 14. Major Paino will captain it.
