Ml'. Hughes suggested that private companies had instigated the rule to discredit the Ross (Canadian.) riflo. AUSTRALIAN TEAM. Melbourne, March 4. Victoria will be represented in the Bisley team by Reseigh, Williams, and Armstrong. The team will leave on Maj 14. Major Paino will captain it.
