(By Telegraph.—Press Association.). Napier, January 23. Sir, Joseph and Lady Ward arrived at Hastings' by train on Saturday night, and wcro met by the Mayor and the member for the district. In response to tho oltoors of a large crowd; tho Prime Minister said that on Monday evening: ho would civo an acoount of what the Government nad done during the last nine months.
