I , Ono 6raall ox kidney (or 6 sheep's kidneys), f I onion, 1 quart of second stock, chopped 1 parsley, loz. flour, 2oz. boiled macaroni, 1 j» largo tortspoonful of ketchup, 1 largo teaspoon- | fill of Worcester fsauoo, lemon juico, salt and h pepper to taste, loz butter or dripping 1 akin tho kidney, remove tho fat from centre, r ' and out up into dice Dredge tho pieces with' t flour, pepper and salt, and brown them with t the onion in tho pot in which the butter or [ dripping has been mado hot Then add tho f i stook, bring gently to tho boil, skim well, and f simmer for (three-quarters or ono hour Havo I tho macaroni boiled in salted water, and cut I I into small pieces, add it, tho ketchup, Wor- ? coster sauce, salt and pepper to taste Just be i foro serving add a fittlo lemon juice and [~ chopped parsley. b EOR TO-MORROW, h T«o pounds fillot of steak.
