The correspondent of the "Standard" in Central America reports that the insurgents under Senor Estrada, command half of Nicaragua, including the Atlantic coast-line. "The Times" states that the agreement botwoen the United States and Mexico makes it improbable that President Zelaya will receive Sfoxican assistance. His methods of terrorism are said to be similar to those of ox-President Castro, of Venezuela.
