BLACKMAIL.
EXPLOSIVE IN A LETTER TO BAEON A. , ROTHSCHILD. (By Telegraph-Press Aiisoclatlon-Copyrigau Vienna, November 22. Baron A. Rothschild, of Austria, has been tho recipient of blackmailers' letters, which were handed by a stranger to a messenger in tho vicinity of the Baron's residence, with a request that they bo delivered to the Baron.
While the messenger was conveying a letter it exploded, injuring tho bearer. '
