ji' A. EAMBtt A2BANGEMENT. i ffia Honour Mr. Justice Sim delivered his reserved jadgment; yesterday in the case of Edward Thomas David Yuile versus the Public Trustee and. others. Application bad been made for an order approving of a family arrangement in regard to the estate;of the late, Edward' Prank Yuile, farmer, of Shannon. The testator had' directed by his will that his farm at Shannon should go to his eon, tho paintiS, and after his death should bj held in trust by thfi'Pnblio Trustee, for "plaintiff's son Edwarid Tuicus Yuils, until he reached the age of twenty-fire, but the will did not declare what was to become of after that' date. • ■
Mr. W. H. D. 801 l appeared for the plaintiff and for his son Edward Turcus Yuile (one of , the defendants). : Certain others of the detpdants were represented by Mr. F. G. Dalziell and Mr. A. do B. Brandon, 'junior, r His Honour, in his judgment, said, he was satined that,' with the modification agreed to at the hearing by the , guardians of. the infant defendants, the compromise "effected by the deed of family arrangement was in the interest of the children, of the plaintiff. An order would be made approving of that deed, subjoct' to a modification 'being made; therein,' sothat tho farp.'. at Shannon, should be held by the Public Trustee in trust for the ploin<tiff during the term of his lifo, and subject to such life estate,;-in trust for. all ■ the ;children of, the » plaintiff. as .tenants in common in ecrual sliatcs.
