The following handicaps have been declared for the Manawatu Sculling Race.— Webb, scratch; Wbelch and Day, Gsec; Hagney, lOsec.) Mitchell and Thoroughgood. 14sec.; K. Greon, 18seo.; Larson, 20sec; Felton and Syd. Kemp, 24sec., A. Green, 30sec.) ]?, Green, Sosoc.i Ellis, 45sec; and Haydcn, 50sec. Owing to lack of full information, the handicaps of the New Zealanders, Lawson, Byan, Ogilvio, and Terowiti, have not been allotted. It is suggested that E. Arnst, the champion scnller, should make their allotments. Failing this, fuller information is awaited.
