Tho thtfts include whole wagon-loads of new armonr-plating. Heinnch, the principal official concerned, has held his appointment in the Kiel naval yard for the last hi jears. According to the Socialist newspaper "Vorwaerts," numerous important documents have disappeared from the "dossier" (brief) of the Publio Prosecutor.
