His Excellency accepted tho resignation of Mr. Earle's Ministry, and commissioned Sir Elliott Lewis (who was Premier before Mr. Earle) to form nn Administration. Sir Elliott Lewis -submitted tho names of his old colleagues. The new Ministry will meet tho House tomorrow, and will proceed with tho business as if there had been no interregnum.
