Earle (tho Labour Premier, whoso Ministry was defeated immediately after its formation) for a dissolution was not granted by the Governor, Sir Harry Barron. His Excellency accepted tho resignation of Mr. Earle's Ministry, and commissioned Sir Elliott Lewis (who was Premier before Mr. Earle) to form nn Administration. Sir Elliott Lewis -submitted tho names of his old colleagues. The new Ministry will meet tho House tomorrow, and will proceed with tho business as if there had been no interregnum.
