BROUGHAM HILL TENNIS CLUB.
•> V : . 9 : The official opening of the Brougham. Hill Tenuis Club s season has been' fixed for September 18. A special general meeting of the club is to bo' held earlier on the same day to consider, the following motion, which is to be moved by Mr. G. -A. Hnrley: "That, the entrance fee for the 'season 1909-10 remain at .£1 Is. for men and 105. 6d. .for. ladies, but, of these amounts, ■ the sums •of 13s. 6d. ajid ss. 6d.' respectively be paid into a . trust account and the latier sums shall be refunded all members 'joining, the' club , during the said season, provided -.always that the club is unable to secure new playing courts at. the expiry of the'present lease in October, 1910."
