AUCKLAND BUTTER CASE.
Tho prosecution of tho New Zealand Dairy Association at Auckland for alleged exportation of butter containing moro water than the legal limit of 16 per cent., which was again adjourned last Monday oil.account of pressure of work at tlie Magistrate's Court, will be resumed next Monday. Mr. Cuddie, Dairy Commissioner, attended tho court last Monday, and will do so again when the case roopens next week. Explanations of why the Government tried to withdraw the case are hoped for with keen interest.
