(By Telegraph—Press Association.) ' : f Auckland, September 6. 'At tho Supreme Court to-day < William Whogan,: alias William Hogan, found guilty of bigamy, was remanded for. sentence. William James, Courtney, who pleaded guilty to an indictment for'false pretences, received a sentence of eighteen months., Walter Carter, on a charge. of breaking, entering, and theft, .was sent to gaol .for six months.
